Beauty Tips for Lips

I never knew yoga could help my lips look beautiful. Now that I know it let me share it with you wonderful people. Yoga for lips helps in creation of collagen. Collagen is the stuff that makes your lips pout :-). You need not more than 10 minutes a day for the 4 simple beauty tips for lips.

Exercise No 1

  1. Drink a glass of water
  2. Apply your favorite lip balm. Did someone ask why? Because performing facial exercises when dehydrated cal lead to wrinkling.
  3. Stand in-front of a mirror (Why is this necessary? See step 6)
  4. Now comes the exercise (the exercise is exactly the same as flying a kiss!)
    1. Pucker your lips.
    2. Gently press your lips with your palm for 3-4 seconds
    3. Gently remove your palms & blow a kiss in the air.
  5. Make sure that your forehead is not wrinkled (Use the mirror).
  6. Repeat this process 15-20 times

Exercise No 2

  1. Inhale some air (not too much we are not doing Prayanaam)
  2. Form a “O” with your lips
  3. Exhale gently
  4. Repeat this step 10 times

Exercise No 3

  1. Clamp your lips shut
  2. Screw them into a spoilt princess pout
  3. Hold for 10 seconds
  4. Relax
  5. Repeat 5 times

To Finish

To finish off gently tap your lips a few times with your index and middle fingers. This will bring out color.
