Nail Art Design for Baby Showers

Hi Ladies! All those who love baby showers raise their hands. I LOVE babies and hardly miss a baby shower. So when I came across this video on youtube for a baby shower nail art design I was super excited. I am waiting for the next opportunity to wear this wonderful and cute nail art. The design I am sharing is for a baby boy! You can change the color if its a baby girl whose shower you are attending.

Baby Shower Nail Art Design

Stuff Required:

Base coat: To strengthen and protect your natural nails
Scotch tape – Required only if you have an unsteady hands.
Baby blue or baby pink color
White striper
Darker blue/ pink colored nail polish
Dotting tool
Top Coat

Doing the Design:

Start with applying the base coat on your nails.

Next take some tape and stick on your nails so the the tip is exposed. The tape will help you create a french tip without effort and zero mistakes 🙂

No on the tip apply 2 coats of baby blue color nail polish

Take off the tape and apply a white border to the blue area with white striper

Now take some blue/ pink nail paint on a dotting tool and draw to cashew nut shaped figures “facing” each other. Now again dip the dotting tool in the nail paint and create 5 toes. Move from largest to smallest toe. Since amount of paint on dotting tool reduces with each toe made you will need less effort to keep size of toes in control.

Apply a top coat and the nail art is done. Now go for that baby shower.
